∞ ホッピーピルスセット (Mugen - Hoppy Pils Set)

Our recent hoppy pils series "∞ (Mugen)" combines the distinct characteristics of German and American hops in two refreshing and light brews. With the meaning of "Mugen" being "endless" or "infinite", our goal was to make an infinitely drinkable lagers. To do this, we combined classic brewing methods with modern nuances, using modern German hops with traditional brewing techniques for the German edition, and modern American brewing techniques with classic American hops for the American version. We hope you enjoy this comparison, and find these beers as drinkable as we do!

1. Mugen - German Hoppy Pils (ABV: 5.0%) Dry hopped German Pils
   A crisp lager, using modern German hops for a slightly more aromatic and fruity character than more traditional Pilsners, this beer is light and easy drinking, blending new with old for a refreshing spin on the world's most widely enjoyed style.
2. Mugen - American Hoppy Pils (ABV: 5.5%) American Style Pilsner
   An American-style pilsner using classic American hops. Flavours of Pine, Citrus, and lemon grass adorn this lager, while a bit more mouthfeel than is standard in the style helps to balance the hop character, giving this beer a smooth and extra-enjoyable drinking experience
