新定番3種セット (3 Core Series Set 2025)

Regarding our "Teiban" (Core Series) sets, we are largely updating all three beer with refreshing both recipes and packagings in 2025.

All 3 of our year-round beers use our Belgian house yeast, finishing dry and offering plenty of herb, spice, and fruit character, complimented by modern hops.

Sets can be purchased as 6 (2 of each product), 12 (4 of each), or 24 (8 of each) packs.

1. Ichigo Ichie Saison (ABV: 5.0%)
   Our flagship secondary-fermented saison, with bright fruit character, and a dry finish, perfect for pairing with a wide range of foods.
   
   
2. Ichii Senshin Belgian IPA (ABV: 6.0%)
   This newly revamped Belgian IPA blends the fruity Belgian yeast esters with the tropical stone fruit characteristics of Riwaka and Rakau Hops with the berry and tropical citrus flavors of Mosaic.
   
3. 6 Day Weekend (ABV: 4.5%) Belgian Session IPA
   This Belgian Session IPA has a blend of tropical citrus and resinous pine notes that blends with the Belgian fruit esters to give you a soft drinkable session IPA with an intense aroma.
