愛でたいセット (Holiday-set-2025)

With the countdown towards the New Year, we decided to make a set to enjoy whilst contemplating the year that's been, or to enjoy with friends and family together. We finished the year with two "Holiday brews", one a take on a Belgian Quad - a classic "Christmas Ale" style strong beer, wonderful with cheese, and the other a strong saison, inspired by Bon Voeux - Saison Dupont's New Year's celebratory beer.

These are included in the set along with collaborations made with 4 Kansai breweries - Minoh, Two Rabbits, Yamori Shuzo, and Nara Brewing.

If that weren't enough to make it special, as a way to look forward to the start of 2025 as well, sets come with a ¥500 discount coupon that can be used via our online store at any point up until 10th May (our 10 year anniversary). Cheers and happy holidays!

350ml x 6cans

  1. Movember Baltic Porter (ABV: 9.0%) Movember Baltic Porter
    Collaboration with TWO RABBITS BREWING
This lager fermented Baltic porter gives you some familiar chocolate and roast character you would expect from a porter, but in a much softer package. Some light fruity notes from the lager yeast and a dry crisp body makes this beer much more drinkable than its style or ABV suggests.
  2. Dream of Two Cities - Kyoto edition (ABV: 8.0%) Milk Stout
    Collaboration with Nara Brewing
Sweet and Creamy full body stout with flavors of chocolate, toffee, caramel and coffee.
  3. Pilgrim's respite - Hofu (ABV: 8.0%) Saison
A dry and herbal spritzy strong Saison to celebrate the arrival of the new year, nuanced with the addition of elderflower.
  4. Koen Kyodai (ABV: 5.0%) Tart Peach Kolsch
    Collaboration with MINOH BEER
A clean, crisp, Kolsch-style ale, with subtle malt notes of honey and biscuit, brewed with a large amount of Japan grown peaches, giving the beer a semi-sweet fruity aroma and flavor. The beer has a refreshingly tart finish contributed by the addition of Philly sour Ale yeast.
  5. Romp and Circumstance (ABV: 10.0%) Belgian Quad
Rich flavors from dark malt and Okinawan brown sugar. Lucious mouthfeel from an extended boil. Lots of dark fruit character balanced with a dry finish and firm hoppiness. Just in time for the holiday season!!
  6. Kitsunebi (ABV: 11.5%) Barley Wine with Kyobancha
    Collaboration with YAMORIDO
An American-style barley wine, brewed with Kyo-bancha Tea. The beer's caramel toffee notes from the malt combine with the Kyo-bancha's slight herbal and tobacco-like character. This beer has low bitterness giving it surprising drinkability, with a decadently rich character.
