A dry saison, featuring spice and peach-like esters from the Belgian yeast, and refreshing nuances from sencha tea provided by the long-established Horii Shichimeien in Uji.

The green elements of the hops work with the refreshing notes of the green tea to make a great beer for a warm day
[Brewer's Voice]
A saison, refermented in package, featuring a blend of 3 selected varieties of sencha tea, from Horii Shichimeien in Uji. We carefully tried and selected from a range of different teas, choosing those which we felt would work best in this type of beer.
While we wanted to showcase what we like about the tea, the first aim for us was to make a balanced saison, where the yeast's esters shine through, the body remains bone dry, and the hops mix with the tea to provide just the right grassy nuances, making it that extra bit refreshing.
We hope you enjoy this beer, designed for the arrival of the warm spring, and best enjoyed sitting upon the grass on a sunny day.
