Mariko is a favourite daughter to our brewers, a younger sister to big brother Mario, she is borne of our house Belgian yeast but stays mild enough at 6% while offering plenty of bright fruity character. Never a bitter soul, she prefers to focus on the colourful and tropical side of life.
