Character:
Light golden in colour with a mild haze, this NZ hop-forward IPA has a crisp finish with a blend of citrus, white grape, berry and overripened tropical fruit flavours.
Naming:
In restaurants in Japan, one may well see "chef no kimagure" on the menu, which essentially means "what the chef feels like", and is typically seasonally based, with local ingredients that he thinks will work together, we wanted to bring this into beer, creating an IPA fitting to the season, and based on what we see and fancy using right now in our hop storage!
