In choosing to release two versions of the same beer, it only made sense that people would want to try them side by side and so we decided to make a set just for that!

Starting with a simple malt base and clean US ale yeast to really allow the focus to stay on the hops, we chose citra and sabro as the two hop varieties for this experiment. In the first (Ichi), we went for a single dry hopping with 4g per litre. In the second (Ni), we repeated the dry hopping, essentially doubling the total dry hop volume.
