A refreshing sour ale bursting with citrus peel and juice character, supported by suitably citrusy hops.
Naming:
Citrus fruits are almost infinite in their variety, but have certain crossover attributes, starting with their round shape, going through to the triangle of flavours: bitterness in their peel, and acidity and sweetness in their flesh. We wanted to represent all of these elements in a beer, and so used a variety of different fruits, where we took the elements we think stand out best to bring a character that we feel represents "citrus" well.
