A light 4.5% IPA with a soft wheaty texture and ripe tropical fruit aroma
[Character]Soft mouthfeel but lots of ripe fruit flavor from a balance of yeast and hop character.[Naming]"Ko" is a sound that appears often in names, with the kanji for child being the most common, but the one for small being regularly used as well. We felt Komari was a good name for a 4.5% modest, honest, but characterful member of the Mari family![Brewer's Voice]Another new member of the Mari Family! This beer features one of our favorite hops at the moment: Strata. The base beer is quite simple and a very drinkable ABV. Ekuanot and Mosaic hops add a resinous, ripe fruit character to the flavor, with the more tropical, melon, and strawberry aromas coming from Strata. Komari is a unique combination of high flavor and aroma with low bitterness and ABV.
