豪傑セット (Goketsu Set)

New varieties of hops are constantly being created nowadays, with the R&D of new hops, and new hop products, all creating new aromas and flavours, being central to the craft beer industry. It's a constant evolution, but also a constant source of excitement, not just for craft beer fans, but for the breweries making the beers as well.

Our Goketsu mini series is a celebration of some of the latest in hop growing, and production technology, taking some of the best hops from one of the most hyped producers in the world, and aiming to achieve maximum impact. We decided to create a set of the 3 Goketsu beers for those wishing to try them together.

1. Goketsu - Mega Motueka   (ABV: 7.0%)Triple Dry Hop IPA
   The first of our big Thiol and phantasm series of IPAs. Motueka is center stage in this Hazy IPA with flavors and aromas of passionfruit, citrus, lime and grapes. This beer is pale in color, easy to drink, with a bit of wheat for body and a crisp finish.
2. Goketsu - Super Sauvin   (ABV: 6.0%)Double Dry Hop Oat Cream IPA
   For the second beer in our thiol and Phantasm IPA series, we went on the softer side with an Oat Cream DDH IPA. While this Hazy IPA has a soft and creamy mouthfeel, it is still bursting with hop aromas and flavors such as muscat, grapefruit, passionfruit, and citrus.
3. Goketsu - Mega Terps   (ABV: 8.0%) DDH WIPA
   A blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Mega terps are at the forefront of this DDH IPA, giving it a resinous and dank character, while maintaining a clean crisp dry finish. This beer is all about using hops, terpines and thiols to give an unapologeticly in-your-face aroma and flavor.
