Winter in Japan is symbolized by many things, but perhaps none more comforting than eating mikan (winter citrus fruit) while sitting under the kotatsu (low, heated table). Our first Session IPA, Fuyu no Kimagure was made to enjoy multiple pints when it is just too cold to go outside!
