A super drinkable dry but juicily hopped IPA

This iteration is no different and combines unique hops from New Zealand and the United States with old standby Citra.
The base beer was kept simple, light, and refreshing with a silky mouthfeel from oats. Hops take the spotlight though, with the unique ripe fruit character of Riwaka contrasting the herbal coconut nuances of Sabro. Both of these pick up on the more phenolic nuances of our house yeast, while Citra ties everything together with sweet tangerine flavors and aromas.
