We’re known for being influenced by the beer cultures of Belgium and America. Germany is one of beer’s great cultures and it’s not for a lack of respect or appreciation that we haven’t traditionally made many beers from this country. We made our first out-and-out lager recently in New Frontier but we more recently played around with a couple of other German styles and decided they would be perfect for a set:

- Return to Köln (ABV: 5.5%) Hoppy Kolsch
While this might be a 100% German ingredient release, this is far from being traditional. Using recent German hops with grape and mandarin orange notes, this is a 100% modern interpretation of an ancient style. - Blank Revival (ABV: 5.0%) Traditional Wiess
Made in collaboration with BET Co., Ltd., we looked to revive an old style that was a predecessor of the Kolsch and created what is probably our most "traditional" beer to date.
