Cascade is at the forefront of this IPA, with a hefty amount of North American Cascade being used on the brewhouse, contributing notes of citrus and pine. For the dry hop we took a fresh take on this style by bringing in New Zealand cascade and Southern Cross to complement the North American Cascade by adding a vibrant aroma of tropical and citrus notes with just a hint of pine to round it all out.
