Love is in the air, and here is a set just for it! The set contains 3 beers including our special Valentine’s beer, a luxurious porter made with sweet and sour cherry, as well as easy drinking companions 6 Day Weekend and Itadakimasu, our new German Pilsner.
We wanted to make the set special, and so we have gone to our favourite local patisserie, Kiyomedo (@sweets_kiyomedo) to ask for baked goods to be made to match each of the 3 beers in the set. Sets include:
Choux rusk - a crunchy rusk made with chop pastry, butter, milk and Belgian chocolate sauce: Recommended pairing: Horebore (Tart Cherry Porter)
Lemon cake featuring bitter Setouchi lemon and sour cream, reminiscent of cheesecake. Recommended pairing: 6 Day Weekend (Belgian Session IPA)
Snack pie with cheese and black pepper. The more you chew, the softer the cheese aroma gets! Recommended pairing: Itadakimasu (German Pils)
Sets also include a Valentine’s card.

６Day Weekend features a simple European malt base and American hops, whose light tropical and citrus character blend well with the fruit heavy aromas from our house yeast.
- ほれぼれ (ABV: 6.5%) タートチェリーポーター
Inspired by the cherry chocolates that you would give to your other half, this beer blends rich chocolate malt flavors with sour cherries, resulting a decadent hybrid of a chocolate stout and fruited sour ale.
- いただきます (ABV: 5.0%) ジャーマンピルス
A classic German lager with just a touch of modernity in the aroma for an ultimately drinkable pils
