Summer is the ideal season for Saison. Dry, crisp, and slightly acidic; a great combination for quenching your thirst on a hot Summer’s day. We decided to forgo dry hopping for the Summer version of Shunkashuto, instead deciding to allow the wonderful aroma of the Saison yeast to take center stage. While this means the beer doesn't have as much impact as some of our more heavily hopped beers, we think you will agree that the aroma is a delicate yet complex blend of both yeast and hop aromas.
