Plenty of character balanced with the finish that makes a good lager so repeatable
[Character]Rich malt character balanced by herb and spice notes from hops in a full bodied but supremely drinkable lager that begs for a second and a third.[Food Pairing]Garlic roasted sprouts, roast beef with gravy, fried shrimp[Naming]Our original release of New Frontier was a journey into new territory: lager. From there we now look to branch out into yet more untraveled paths, changing hops, malt, and yeast as we continue the journey to find the perfect lager.[Brewer's Voice]The New Frontier series has been an exciting one for us as it has shown that our customers appreciate a good lager just as much as we do. We have explored a wide variety of lager styles so far through the series, but this release is the first time we have brewed a second iteration of the same style. Vienna Lager was one of the earliest New Frontier beers that we brewed, and from the beginning we absolutely loved it. Rich malt flavor without being sweet complimented by the herbal and spicy character of German hops is a perfect combination.
Minimal changes were made to this year's recipe, but we modified the brewing process to make the product just a touch crisper. The results are already indicating that this style will be a regular in the series moving forward!StyleVienna LagerSeriesUnknownABV5.0%IBU20Gas Volume2.4MaltViennaHopHallertau HersbrukerYeastLagerCategoryBeerJAN4589718740713Best Before2023/05/23
