如月セット (Limited Release Set February Edition)

For our February Set, we have decided to beat the cold with hop bite! We have focused on 3 very different hop-forward beers including a KBC interpretation of the classic American Pale Ale with a Belgian nuance, and two very different IPAs.

1. Mariko (Belgian IPA) ABV:6.0％ 2ｘ330ml bottles
   Our ever-popular “sister” within our Mari Family series, Mariko is a modern interpretation of an IPA whilst also being based on our Belgian house yeast. Featuring plenty of juicy hops but being light on bittering, Mariko is a supremely balanced easy drinker.
2. New Dawn (Belgian Pale Ale) ABV:5.0％ 2ｘ330ml bottles
   In our opening new beer of 2021, we decided to go for something that we, frankly, just felt like we wanted to make and drink. In what is “traditional” as far as craft beer goes, we took the concept of the classical American Pale Ale with its solid malt base, citrusy hop aroma, and just enough bitterness for balance. We then applied to our Belgian house yeast for our trademark nuance.
3. Kan (IPA) ABV:6.0％ 2ｘ350ml cans
   Our first ever canned “special” brew, and first in our 6 Tastes series, Kan is an exploration of “perceived sweetness”. In what is actually a beer with low residual sugar, the sweetness is in the aroma of the tropical fruit and coconut nuances that bely the dry finish.
