ささやかな至福 (Little Pleasures)

¥3,120

As Covid 19 continues to keep many people at home, the phenomenon of "ienomi" or "home drinking" has skyrocketed here in Japan. The perfect at home beer has to be both flavorful and versitile, while at the same low in ABV.
We think this release is the perfect answer to your "ienomi" needs. This Table Saison has all the flavor that you expect from beers with much higher ABV, but its dry and crisp finish mean you can have more than a few in a night and still be ready for telecommuting the next day. New Zealand Motueka hops give a hint of lime flavor and aroma that mix perfectly with the fruity character of our house Belgian yeast.
We hope this release gets you through those long stay at home days!

Naming: Table Saison by nature is meant to be a perfect compliment to pretty much any type of food, so what do we recommend for Little Pleasures? Gyoza of course, as this beer was originally brewed for our participation in Gyoza Fest before it was cancelled!
This dry yet full flavored brew goes great with juicy gyoza, and we hope pairing the two during your "ienomi" (home drinking) sessions brings just a little bit of happiness. After all, its the Little Pleasures in life!
