A rich amber colour is something we have tried to keep constant over the yearly changes to Aki no Kimagure in order to capture some of the magic of Autumn in Kyoto. While the focus was placed more on yeast and hops last year, this year's release features rich malt aroma and flavour from two types of crystal malt. To keep this rich character from being too overwhelming, we looked to the piney, dank, herbal character of Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial hops. The result is a highly drinkable hoppy red ale that is sure to please malt lovers and hop fiends alike!
